Simon Terry Designs, est. 2003, currently serves Peterborough, The Kawarthas and Eastern-Central Ontario.  I am registered and insured under the Ontario Building Code’s requirements to provide both Residential and Small Building design services.

From small out-buildings and additions to custom homes and cottages, Simon Terry Designs has experience with all sizes and scopes of residential projects.  No project is too large or too small.

Working from house plans or pictures, your inspiration can be modified and turned into Ontario Building Code compliant permit drawings.

Simon Terry Designs also provides site planning, presentation graphics, and as-built measuring services to commercial clients.  Developers, Planners and Real Estate Lawyers have all benefited from my work.
